Roelof Koopmans is Senior Director Vertical Marketing for LoRa within SEMTECH.Before that Roelof help other positions in the IOT space, most recently as VP Product Marketing at SMARTRAC, a global leading manufacturer of RFID and NFC tags was, and Managing Director Europe for MOJIX, a provider of hard- and software solutions. Prior to that, Roelof was founder/CEO of a dedicated web hosting company called ASPECTRA, Switzerland’s first pure-play hosting company. Also he worked with Switzerland’s leading ISP, BlueWin. Over his career, Roelof has served in executive positions business-development, marketing and product-management roles at major Telco companies such as Swisscom and KPN Telecom.  Roelof based at Semtech’s office in Rapperswil, Switzerland. He is a graduate of the University of Delft, Netherlands.
