Olaf Stange is heading the Technology Management and Innovation of Pharmaceuticals Product Supply at Bayer AG. In this role he is driving new technologies and innovation along the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Olaf has more than 19 years of experience in different technical and managerial positions within Bayer Group including head of Bayer Technology Services in Singapore responsible for the South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand and Managing Director of Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH. He holds a PhD in process engineering from the University of Hannover.
