Industrial Analytics – intelligent plant and machine monitoring
Industrial Analytics is introducing plant and machine monitoring software for rotating machinery as a combination of acoustic and vibration measurements with physical models and AI. The aim is to obtain transparent, deterministic, and localisable results with clear instructions for action, and above all no more false positives and false alarms. The results is far more efficient monitoring with more machines per monitoring staff and reliable predictive maintenance.
Safe addition of necessary sensors and data acquisition modules
Additional sensors for acoustic signals and flow measurements can be added without stopping the machines that need to be monitored. External communication with the edge device does not allow access to the safety relevant control system.

The Berlin-based startup Industrial Analytics develops innovative solutions for the process industry in the sectors oil&gas, chemicals, and power plants. The company was founded in 2017 by founders who had worked at a renowned manufacturer of turbomachinery. The software is offered as a cloud-based or on premise subscription and will revolutionise the way plant and machine monitoring is done.
