What is the pop in your job? What drives you? What is your passion?
"Despite common belief, my field, that is, data analytics, is also a very communicative field. Data are the "footprints" of a company - they reflect the behavior of people, processes, interacting systems, and surrounding conditions. You will need to make sense of existing experience and “gut feeling”, correlations where there is no causality, and discovering the yet unknown. We work between the poles of rigorous data science and listening, learning, and seeing for yourself by visiting and talking to our colleagues and customers. That's what I love about my job - getting to know and understand what it is that we as a company do every day and help being successful as a whole!"
